Action Machining Incorporated warrants that the goods, which have been directly manufactured by them , shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Customer agrees that this warranty shall be effective as long as the goods are solely for the purposes for which they are intended and in conformance with industry established engineering, installation, operation, maintenance specifications, and OUR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. Company shall not assume responsibility, and expressly disclaims any liability, due to customer's, installer's or end user's failure to comply with such specifications, recommendations and instructions, including, but not limited to: Improper control of system hydralics (such as but not limited to water hammer) , improper winterization procedures, contact with incompatible material or chemicals (such as but not limited to glue, primers, and fertilizers), improper installation including tooling used, any act of nature (such as but not limited to ground movement or frost heave), direct sunlight, excessive weight or vandalism.
